Delivery Times
All items in stock are delivered in 2 business days.
Please note, orders with multiple items may be split into different deliveries, arriving separately.
All delivery dates are an estimation. 99% of our deliveries are within those times. Although sometimes deliveries may be delayed for circumstances beyond our control. We will not be held responsible or provide any compensation for any loss caused due to late or delayed deliveries.
Please allow an extra 2 days for Bank Holidays.
Delivery Costs
We currently offer Free Delivery to addresses within the United Arab Emirates.

We are an extremely friendly company and are known for our excellent customer service. All our customer service staff is based in the UAE.
Returns
If you changed your mind and would like to return the order or its part, follow these steps:
- Contact us via customercare@mokee.ae and confirm your order number along with the products that you would like to return. If possible, share your reasons for the return, so we will be able to improve our products or service.
- If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days after it being shipped.
- To be eligible for a full refund all items are to be received by our warehouse in new, unused, not previously assembled items in their original packaging.
- Once we receive the items, we will check them and if everything is satisfactory, we shall process your refund within 7 business days, after deducting the returns charge (AED 100)
Please note:
- We reserve the right to make a deduction from the amount of any refund for loss in value of the Products returned where the Products show signs of unreasonable use or damage
- If your order included a free promotional gift, you are obliged to return the free gift as well
- You can return part or all of the order
Cancellation of Order
If you cancel your order before we have sent you the delivery notification, we will process the refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
If you cancel the order after we have sent the delivery notification, our Returns & Refunds Policy shall apply.
Damaged / Faulty items
In the unlikely case that you received a damaged or faulty item, your order will be covered by the warranty. The following criteria apply:
- For damages caused during transport - contact us within 48h of receiving the item.
- For manufacturing faults - contact us within the warranty period.
You should contact us at customercare@mokee.ae with the following information so that we can decide on the appropriate course of action:
- Your name and surname
- Your order's number
- Photos and descriptions of the fault/issue.
We will refund or replace the item where necessary, according to the item's warranty.
